2. Custom Furniture Orders

• All products are custom‑made according to the customer’s specific requirements.

• Once an order is placed, we begin production based on the details provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications (design, size, material, finish) before finalizing the order.

3. Payments

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon delivery or before shipment.

• Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received.

• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods listed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Because all furniture is customized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

• Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before confirming.

• In case of damage during delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

• Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
